We are recruiting warehouse operatives based in Maidstone (ME16 0LW) for a leading health‑care company. This position offers a friendly and welcoming team, excellent pay rates and many other perks.
Shift: Monday to Friday (rotating weekly AM/PM).
Rotating Pattern:
- Week 1 – 6am to 2pm
- Week 2 – 2pm to 10pm
Weekends off work.
Rate of Pay:
- Basic: £14.26 per hour
- Overtime: £19.07 per hour (x1.5) / £25.42 per hour (x2) for over 37.5 hours per week
Skills and Experience Required:
- Reach truck driving experience and valid licence
- Previous experience within a Goods In role
- Good communication skills and ability to speak, read and write basic English
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work under pressure to targets and deadlines
- Numerical and focused on accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and experience of data inputting
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Initiative to identify issues at work and suggest options for improvement
