We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a thriving supplier going through an exciting period of growth and are looking to onboard a reliable, hardworking and attentive Warehouse Operative to their growing distribution function. You will join a family‑run employer who have continued to grow across the UK and provide essential products into the commercial and residential industries. This role will have you working as part of the goods‑in department, managing the distribution of deliveries and ensuring all booking in has been completed accurately. Reporting directly into the Goods In Team Leader, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and grow within a thriving firm.
Other duties will include picking, packing, stock control and further logistics functions. This is a fantastic company with high team morale, all working towards one goal.
Shift Time: Monday – Friday 09:00am – 18:00pm
Pay: £13.31 per hour (£28,500 – £29,000)

Key Responsibilities:
- Working as part of the goods‑in team, allocating stock and storing across the warehouse
- Booking in all new stock through ERP systems
- Supporting the Goods In Team Leader
- Stock control, managing stock levels and placing items in correct bays
- Picking of customer and trade orders, ensuring the correct product is packed for dispatch
- Packing and scanning out of products from pick sheets
- Working with Customer Services for any priority orders
- Dealing with goods‑in and dispatch processes
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous picking and packing experience is essential
- Previous goods‑in exposure is essential
- Stock control exposure
- Good computer skills with previous exposure booking in stock
- Physically fit and able to lift items up to 25kg
- Previous scanner and pick sheet experience
- Working to targets
- Naturally a confident communicator
- A willingness to learn and support
- Full UK driving licence
