Siamo Recruitment are looking to hire a fluent Welsh speaking Customer Service Advisor for one of our well-established clients in Conwy. As a customer service advisor, your role will be to act as a frontline representative, handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responding to requests and queries via phone
- Liaising effectively with internal departments and external organisations to ensure accurate information, advice, and support is provided at the first point of contact
- Assisting with general administrative duties including maintaining and updating records, preparing correspondence, and supporting communication activities such as mail-outs and customer profiling
