Warehouse Operative (Full-Time) 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 16:30 Immediate start.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately while helping to keep our warehouse running efficiently. Working both independently and as part of a team, you'll need to be organised, proactive and flexible, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. No two days are the same, so you'll be happy to support different areas of the business when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, check and process incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Pick, pack and dispatch customer and contract orders accurately
  • Load and unload vehicles safely
  • Maintain stock accuracy, including assisting with stock takes
  • Carry out quality checks on orders before dispatch
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe
  • Enter data using our warehouse system (full training provided)
  • Support colleagues and assist in other factory roles when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
  • Good IT and computer skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Own transport is essential
  • FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is desirable but not essential

Physical Requirements

This is an active role involving manual handling, lifting, bending, reaching and standing for extended periods. A reasonable level of fitness is required to carry out duties safely.
