We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading financial practice making great strides across the UK. Showing continuous growth, our client is looking for a driven and client focussed Client Service Executive to bridge the gap for their clients between them and the Financial Advisers.

Within this role as the Client Service Executive, you will touch all areas of the business including relaying financial advice to their customer base. Our client, a leader in their market, is focussed on onboarding a talent looking for accountability, responsibility, investment and with the ability to prioritise customer experience in every step.

This Client Service Executive role will hold the below responsibilities:

  • Assist and manage queries which arise that are of a technical nature, liaising with the Advisers where appropriate, to deliver consistent and detailed responses
  • Ensure that all of the relevant due diligence is complete prior to a case being submitted for Paraplanning
  • Ensure client outcomes are at the forefront of every task to make sure client satisfaction is kept to a high standard
  • Act as a conduit between the Advisers and the office to redirect the bulk of queries so that Advisers can focus on business opportunities
  • Aid colleagues when technical queries arise, whilst always remaining compliant
  • Ensure prospect cases are monitored and update where necessary
  • Ensure reviews are being completed in line with our client review strategy

The ideal candidate for this Client Service Executive role will hold the below experience, skills and qualifications:

  • Prior exposure in the role or likeminded support role
  • Exposure working alongside FA’s and Paraplanners
  • Required to hold (or studying towards) Level 4 financial planning credentials
  • Understanding of investments and pensions
  • Ability to confidently manage internal and external relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously, remotely and within a team
  • Experience in maintaining systems, processes and procedures
  • Up to date knowledge of regulation, legislation and taxation
  • Full UK Driving License and Own Vehicle
