Warehouse Operative (Full-Time) 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 16:30 Immediate start.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately while helping to keep our warehouse running efficiently. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will need to be organised, proactive and flexible, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. No two days are the same, so you will be happy to support different areas of the business when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check and process incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer and contract orders accurately
- Load and unload vehicles safely
- Maintain stock accuracy, including assisting with stock takes
- Carry out quality checks on orders before dispatch
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Enter data using our warehouse system (full training provided)
- Support colleagues and assist in other factory roles when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
- Good IT and computer skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good numeracy and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Own transport is essential
