As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Engagement Executive to join our Operations team and play a key role in supporting customers while driving business growth.
The Role
As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while managing sales opportunities across inbound and outbound customer interactions. You will support customers throughout their storage journey from initial enquiry through to move-in and beyond, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets, and making a real impact on customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Convert sales opportunities into reservations and move-ins
- Make outbound calls to follow up leads, re-engage customers and maximise opportunities
- Deliver needs-based selling and promote additional products and services
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service
