We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy production and manufacturing company operating within the automotive sector, based in the CV7 area of Coventry.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Reach Truck Drivers looking to secure ongoing work within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
Working Hours - Rotating Shifts
Early Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 06:00am - 14:00pm
- Friday: 06:00am - 13:30pm
Afternoon Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 14:00pm - 22:00pm
- Friday: 13:30pm - 18:30pm
Shifts rotate between early and afternoon shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
- Moving and locating automotive stock and components.
- Supplying production lines with required materials.
- Loading and unloading goods where required.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining accurate locations.
- Supporting general warehouse and production duties.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
Requirements
- Full, external and in-date Reach Truck licence is essential.
- Previous experience operating a Reach Truck.
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety.
- Experience within the automotive or manufacturing sector would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
Please note: Candidates must hold a full external Reach Truck qualification with a valid, in-date certificate. In-house licences will not be accepted.
