Siamo Recruitment are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our client based in Coleshill B46. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse data effectively, as well as a solid understanding of quality assurance processes and HACCP principles.
Hours: Monday-Friday - 07:00-16:00 (Early finish on Fridays 07:00-12:00)
Pay Rate: £13.46ph
Duties:
- Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyse inspection results and prepare detailed reports on findings, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to HACCP guidelines throughout the production process.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control measures and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application in quality control processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
