Β£25,000-Β£28,000 Yearly Salary Company profit share – First Β£3,600 tax free Assistance & Wellbeing plan Life Assurance Health Cash Plan Additional Holiday Long Service Awards Co-owner Events Electric Vehicle Lease & Tax Saving Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Your duties as a Production Operative include: Achieve the daily manufacturing schedules and targets for the quality and output of products and services following standard operating procedures and ISO policies Participate in training and be motivated to self-develop to a good knowledge and skill level within the manufacturing processes Demonstrate active participation and contribution towards continuous improvements of the manufacturing area and embrace changes in working methods to improve productivity and efficiency Input data accurately and on time into the ERP system Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and workplace organisation that exudes pride whilst carrying processes in a safe manner Constructively and positively contribute to company meetings and 1 to 1s Show flexibility and carry out tasks and other job roles within the business as and when required to cover training, absenteeism and to support the needs of other business areas Behave in line with our values as part of a high performing team delivering excellent customer service The ideal candidate for this Production Operative will have the following experience and qualities: Experience of working on a Manufacturing Line Good level of practical skills Knowledge of ERP systems Knowledge of kaizen/ Lean Manufacturing disciplines Excellent communication skills A positive, proactive and energetic approach to work Being motivated and flexible team player An optimistic, agile and resilient responder to embracing change Enjoyment of challenges and taking tasks through to completion The location of this role is commutable from: Cirencester, Gloucester, Stow-on-the-Wold, Northleach, Chipping Norton.
