Ensuring a high customer experience externally and provide research, planning and reports. Offering leading products across the UK this Paraplanner opportunities offers development, stability, responsibility and variety within a well renowned firm.    What does our clients benefits scheme include?  Up to a 20% annual bonus scheme (performance based) Professional investment plans for relevant courses, exams and industry training materials 25 days annual leave entitlement + bank holidays (plus additional one each year and option to buy more/sell) Annual salary reviews Private medical insurance and life cover available Recruitment referrals bonus Hybrid working offering 2 days from home post probation Early finish Friday's, Christmas shutdowns, summer and winter events and additional time off on your birthday Free on-site parking     This Paraplanner role will hold the below responsibilities: Work seamlessly with your allocated FA's Produce Suitability Letters Produce CFR’s Provide a point of contact for all queries pertinent to your role from the team Provide technical support to the team Use initiative to locate answers and helps others use their initiative to locate answers Communicate with practice manager regarding any potential issues Manage and resolve technical queries Keep up with all industry and internal changes that will affect your role Show willingness to expand and increase knowledge of all areas of financial services – specifically pensions, investments and tax and trusts Personally manage workflow    The ideal candidate for this Paraplanner role will hold the below experience, skills and qualifications: Prior Paraplanning experience is essential due to the nature of the role Qualified through DipPFS, CII, DipPP or Cert in Paraplanning Experience producing Suitability Letters, CFR’s and completing product research Ability to confidently manage internal and external relationships The ability to balance conflicting demands in a calm and friendly manner Ability to work autonomously, remotely and within a team Analytical with precise attention to detail Ability to accurately transpose information Experience in maintaining systems, processes and procedures Up to date knowledge of regulation, legislation and taxation Full UK Driving License and Own Vehicle
