We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Internal Sales Account Manager to join a busy growing team in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background within the Electrical Wholesale industry who is passionate about building relationships, developing business, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm

The Role

  • Managing and developing existing customer accounts
  • Identifying and winning new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with customers across the Northampton area
  • Producing quotations and processing sales orders
  • Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Working closely with external sales and branch teams to maximise sales opportunities
