WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE - Rotation or Nights Siamo are working in partnership with a leading health care company to recruit warehouse operatives based in Normanton (WF6). This position has a great working environment, friendly and welcoming team, excellent pay rates and many other perks. SHIFT: Monday to Friday (Rotating Weekly AM/PM) Or Sunday to Thursday 22:00-06:00 Rotating Pattern: Week 1 - 6am to 2pm Week 2 - 2pm to 10pm Weekends off work!!! RATE OF PAY: Basic: £14.78p/h rotation Basic £17.01p/h nights THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Picking/packing using MHE (LLOPS) to a high standard of accuracy. Previous warehouse Experience preferred. - Report any errors, damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties - Accurate input of data into Company computer systems and manual records - Achieve the targets (KPIs) and job standards - Maintain high standards of site housekeeping - Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day-to-day tasks SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English - Able to follow instructions - Able to work under pressure to achieve targets - Basic computer literacy and experience of data inputting - Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling - Able to work as part of a team - Previous experience preferred but not essential ONSITE BENEFITS: - Long term career opportunities with regular temp to perm conversions - Career progression - Canteen with hot and cold food and vending Machines - Onsite Management team for ongoing support. - Ongoing Training - Onsite car park - Access to Siamo Benefits Package Interview Process: - Documents required - passport with NI proof, or UK Birth Cert (with NI proof - not a payslip though!) - Sharecode (if non UK) - Basic Maths and English Comprehension Test - Drug and Alcohol Test (pre-employment) If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please attach your updated CV when you apply Location: Normanton, WF6 INDNORM
