We are looking for an organised individual to support teams within a busy transport office. You will be responsible for:
- Debriefing drivers run sheets to the Transport Management System (TMS)
- Answering emails from both internal and external contacts
- Creating daily/weekly/monthly reports for each customer
- Dealing with customer delivery queries
- Liaising with the Customer Service Team to ensure they have the correct information
- Manifesting orders in the Transport Management System to keep a steady flow of work for the warehouse team
- Liaising with sub-contractors regarding delivery times and proof of deliveries
About You
- Experience within a transport environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in a busy and demanding environment
- Excellent IT skills with a good understanding of MS Office applications
