As the Financial Services Administrator you will work closely with Financial Advisers and Insurance Specialists, providing essential administrative support while delivering an excellent customer service experience to clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all processes run smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard. This fantastic opportunity offers both flexibility and stability, along with the chance to join a supportive and well-respected firm.
This role as the Financial Services Administrator will include the below responsibilities:
- Handling client administration for IFAs, including new business and policy renewals
- Deal and solve client enquiries promptly and effectively
- Managing policy servicing, performing valuations, and working with online systems
- Writing reports, researching the market, and recommending appropriate solutions for clients
- Building relationships with insurers to secure the best service and terms
The ideal candidate for this Financial Services Administrator role will require:
- Previous administration exposure in financial services is essential
- Experience using Intelligence Office systems is preferred but not essential
