As Executive Assistant you will work closely with a Financial Advisor, providing essential administrative support while delivering an excellent customer service experience to clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all processes run smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard. This role as the Executive Assistant will includes the below responsibilities: Handling client administration for IFAs, including new business and policy renewals Deal and solve client enquiries promptly and effectively Managing policy servicing, performing valuations, and working with online systems Writing reports, researching the market, and recommending appropriate solutions for clients Building relationships with insurers to secure the best service and terms The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role will require: Previous administration exposure in financial services is essential Experience using Intelligence Office systems is preferred but not essential A naturally confident communicator A relationship builder looking to provide a professional and personable service Attentive with a keen eye for detail Previous exposure with financial wealth would be advantageous Commutable within 30 mins: Tetbury, Chippenham, Cirencester, Stroud, Swindon, Wotton-under-Edge.
