Warehouse operatives needed – Start Date - 27th July 2026
Shifts available: 2pm - 10pm
Pay Rates: PM £15.47ph - Overtime available
Siamo Recruitment are working in partnership with Asda CDC (Marsh Leys, Kempston) and we are currently recruiting for Warehouse Colleagues to work within a chilled environment. This is an excellent opportunity that could lead to a full-time contract.
Shifts: Any 5 days out of 7 days. 40 hrs per week (This will include weekends as part of the rota)
The Role:
- Picking and packing customer grocery orders using a voice pick system
- Decanting and scanning products to go into stock
- Loading and despatching
- Must be physically fit - some heavy lifting involved
- Excellent chance of permanent position
- Role involves handling meat and alcohol in a chilled environment (0 - +5 degrees)
Requirements:
- Previous experience is essential (6 months min in a similar environment)
- A positive and flexible attitude
- Self-motivated, always looking for the best in every situation
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Commitment to hit targets
- Ability to work in a target driven environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and able to work to a high level of accuracy whilst working quickly
