Salary/Rate: £15/hour + 25 Days Annual Leave Entitlement

Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Thursday & Friday OR 10:00 – 14:30 Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (Can be negotiated)

As Executive Assistant you will work closely with a Financial Advisor, providing essential administrative support while delivering an excellent customer service experience to clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all processes run smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard. This fantastic opportunity offers both flexibility and stability, along with the chance to join a supportive and well-respected firm.

This role as the Executive Assistant will include the below responsibilities:

  • Handling client administration for IFAs, including new business and policy renewals
  • Deal and solve client enquiries promptly and effectively
  • Managing policy servicing, performing valuations, and working with online systems
  • Writing reports, researching the market, and recommending appropriate solutions for clients
  • Building relationships with insurers to secure the best service and terms

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role will require:

  • Previous administration exposure in financial services is essential
  • Experience using Intelligence Office systems is preferred but not essential
  • A naturally confident communicator
  • A relationship builder looking to provide a professional and personable service
  • Attentive with a keen eye for detail
  • Previous exposure with financial wealth would be advantageous
  • Commutable within 30 mins: Tetbury, Chippenham, Cirencester, Stroud, Swindon, Wotton-under-Edge.
