Hours: 2pm - 12pm Monday to Thursday
Salary: £13.50 - £16.50 per hour
Shift Premium: Additional £3.00 per hour between 5pm and 12am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of the powder coating process including loading and unloading components
  • Apply powder coating using spray guns with accuracy and care
  • Maintain equipment such as spray guns, ovens, and conveyor systems
  • Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards on the paint line
  • Handle manual tasks involving lifting and moving heavy items safely
  • Stand throughout the entire shift while maintaining focus and productivity
