Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm; Friday finish at 3:00pm

Our growing client is seeking a motivated Customer Service Administrator with experience in customer service, contact centres, or client-facing roles. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service through managing enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience across phone, email, online platforms, and face-to-face interactions when required.
What you'll be doing:
- Process and manage sales orders received via email, ensuring adherence to scheduled dispatch dates.
- Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries, providing information on order progress, product pricing, and availability.
- Communicate accurately and promptly with customers, confirming purchase orders and schedule updates.
- Proactively manage customer complaints in line with company procedures, taking appropriate action to resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer support.
- Maintain digital filing of all sales order, billing, shipping, and customs documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection guidelines.
- Update customers with shipping notifications, tracking details, and proof of delivery (POD).
- Raise and print delivery notes for dispatch to accompany outgoing orders.

- Proven experience in a customer service, contact centre, or similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage challenging conversations.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and email platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
