We here at Siamo Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a leading control system design specialist, who are seeking a dedicated Electrical CAD Technician to join their thriving BMS Controls department. Our client is looking for a motivated technician who can confidently produce electrical wiring and panel drawings using AutoCAD. Whether you’re an experienced CAD Technician or a junior eager to learn, this role offers an excellent balance of responsibility, development and career stability.
Your position will be full time (Monday – Friday) and office based, working hours are 8:30am – 16:30pm
Benefits of this role are:
£30,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Your responsibilities as an Electrical CAD Technician will be:
Electrical Wiring Drawings
Control Panel GA and Wiring Drawings
Bms Panel GA and Wiring Drawings
Working for the BMS Controls department, working to timescales and assisting the team
All the instruments and controls drafting activities using the AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical
Drafting/design experience using AutoCAD/ AutoCAD Electrical in an Electrical and/or Controls and Instrumentation engineering environment
A successful Electrical CAD Technician will have the following skills and attributes:
Experience with control panel, wiring & drawings design
Be able to work to strict deadlines
Very confident with MS Office and web-based design systems
Full driving license
