This is a hands-on role in a supportive environment, offering immediate start and the potential to move into a permanent position for the right person. *MUST HAVE IN DATE FLT COUNTERBALANCE LICENCE* About the Role: You will work as a Forklift Driver within a waste collection team, safely handling and moving waste materials around the site using a counterbalance FLT. The role ensures waste is processed efficiently and safely, supporting daily operational targets and maintaining a clean, organised yard. Key Requirements: Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck in an industrial or yard environment. In-date FLT licence for counterbalance operation (essential). Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, on an ongoing temporary basis. Comfortable working in an outdoor/yard-based environment handling waste materials. Strong awareness of health and safety and commitment to safe working practices. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a small team. Qualifications: Valid, in-date counterbalance forklift truck licence (required). Any additional health and safety or manual handling training (advantageous).
