As a customer support advisor, you will assist customers in answering their queries and be a vital part of the team in demonstrating the company values and delivering excellent customer service.

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:30pm
Salary: £12.38 p/h

This role will have the following responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, assisting clients with requests and queries.
Make outbound calls to clients and service partners to follow up on work orders, updates, or issues.
Handle incoming emails via shared inboxes, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
Log all client interactions accurately within the company’s CRM or service management system.
Raise and allocate jobs to appropriate service partners or field teams as required.
Close completed work orders, ensuring all details are correct and ready for invoicing.
Update service partner portals and internal systems with relevant job information and progress updates.
Monitor and respond to complaints, following the agreed escalation and resolution process.
Coordinate with on-site security officers, patrol teams, and maintenance contractors to ensure service delivery.
Prepare reports and maintain records in line with company procedures and service-level agreements.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
Worked in a similar role before- Customer service
Have great attention to detail
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential.
Be computer literate with Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle multiple priorities calmly and professionally.
Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
A full UK Driving Licence is desirable
