We are looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operation.

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently, and effectively while maintaining exceptional service levels for our customers.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team to achieve high performance.
Oversee Goods In, inventory management and dispatch operations.
Ensure stock accuracy through effective inventory control and warehouse processes.
Maintain excellent dispatch performance, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Manage and optimise Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes.
Promote and maintain the highest Health & Safety standards throughout the warehouse.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and operational alignment.
Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs, implementing improvements where required.
