Siamo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established solicitors for an ambitious and experienced Company Commercial Solicitor / Fee Earner to join their growing Corporate Commercial team. Working alongside experienced Partners, this is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to move beyond purely transactional work and build long-term relationships with clients while advising on a broad range of company commercial matters.
The Role
- Manage your own Company Commercial caseload from start to finish
- Work with existing clients, referrals and new business enquiries
- Support business development activities
- Predominantly based in Coventry with occasional travel to other offices
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE
- Company Commercial law experience
- Ability to manage matters independently
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
