Pay rate: £12.75 per hour

Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Administrator to join their busy warehouse operation in Coalville.

Duties include:

  • Batching and organising warehouse paperwork
  • Processing and maintaining accurate records
  • Using Microsoft Excel for data entry and updating information
  • Using a warehouse management system (basic level)
  • Supporting the warehouse team with general administrative tasks
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous administration experience, ideally in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Be confident using computer systems and willing to learn a warehouse management system
  • Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
