We’re looking for an On-Site Recruitment Contract Account Manager to join our team supporting a major logistics contract in Bridgwater. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop their career within recruitment and operations.
Recruitment experience is helpful, but transferable skills and the right attitude are just as important.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end on-site recruitment
- Planning shift allocation and workforce availability
- Supporting candidates from recruitment through to payroll
- Managing compliance and worker queries
- Building strong relationships with client managers
- Monitoring KPIs and delivering excellent customer service
