Customer Service Advisor Location: Denbighshire Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Break: 1 hour unpaid Job Type: Temporary / Long-term opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team in Denbighshire. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is confident handling calls and is comfortable working on a computer. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, so excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach are essential. The Role: Handling incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner Responding to customer enquiries and providing accurate information Dealing with queries, problems and requests efficiently Updating customer records and information on computer systems Processing information accurately and efficiently Working closely with colleagues to resolve customer issues Providing a high level of customer service at all times About You: Previous customer service or telephone-based experience is desirable Confident and professional when speaking on the phone Good computer skills and comfortable learning new systems Excellent communication skills Good attention to detail Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging calls Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team If you are confident speaking to customers, comfortable using computers and looking for a Monday-to-Friday role, we would love to hear from you
