Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients based in Tysley B11 for a Part-Time HR Support Assistant. This is an ongoing temporary role with a strong view to becoming permanent, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience within a professional and supportive environment.
Location: Tysley, Birmingham, B11 (site-based role)
Working days: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday)
Hours: 10:00am β 4:00pm (6 hours per day)
Pay rate: Β£12.80 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm opportunity
About the Role
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Business Partner
- Maintain and update employee records accurately and efficiently
- Support recruitment activity, including onboarding and offboarding administration
- Respond to basic HR-related queries or direct them appropriately
- Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality
