Key Responsibilities:- Perform all aspects of the powder coating process including loading and unloading components
- Apply powder coating using spray guns with accuracy and care
- Maintain equipment such as spray guns, ovens, and conveyor systems
- Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards on the paint line
- Handle manual tasks involving lifting and moving heavy items safely
- Stand throughout the entire shift while maintaining focus and productivity
