Location: Bedford (Onsite with parking)

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm; Friday finish at 3:00pm

Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

Our growing client is seeking a motivated Customer Service Administrator with experience in customer service, contact centres, or client-facing roles. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service through managing enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience across phone, email, online platforms, and face-to-face interactions when required.

What you'll be doing:

  • Process and manage sales orders received via email, ensuring adherence to scheduled dispatch dates.
  • Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries, providing information on order progress, product pricing, and availability.
  • Communicate accurately and promptly with customers, confirming purchase orders and schedule updates.
  • Proactively manage customer complaints in line with company procedures, taking appropriate action to resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer support.
  • Maintain digital filing of all sales order, billing, shipping, and customs documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection guidelines.
  • Update customers with shipping notifications, tracking details, and proof of delivery (POD).
  • Raise and print delivery notes for dispatch to accompany outgoing orders.

  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
