We are looking for an organised, confident and proactive Account Executive to join a small and friendly team.
This is a varied role where you will work directly with clients and suppliers, manage a portfolio of customers and support the wider team when required.
You will also play an important role in preparing client databases and ensuring orders are accurately processed and ready for production.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is confident using computers and can manage their own workload while working as part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a specific portfolio of clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide cover for other Account Executives during annual leave or absence.
- Receive and process client databases using specialist sortation software.
- Prepare client data accurately and ensure it is ready for production.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding service changes, new order enquiries and general queries.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Assist with investigating production issues, including incorrect orders being dispatched.
- Help in other areas of production when workload allows.
- Manage your own workload effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Use initiative to identify and resolve problems.
- Carry out other duties and tasks as directed by management.
Desirable Experience
- Previous knowledge or experience within the mailing or postal industry would be advantageous.
- Experience working with client databases would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
