Automotive Manufacturing Production Technician
Location: Coventry
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000
Rotating Shifts:
AM – 6:00am till 14:00pm and early finish on Friday at 13:10pm
PM – 14:00pm till 22:30pm and early finish on Friday at 18:20pm

As the Automotive Manufacturing Production Technician , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing operations within our client\'s Coventry facility. You will lead a team of 5 skilled professionals, ensuring that production meets quality standards and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The Role:
Lead and support a small production team to deliver top-quality results on time.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Solve technical challenges and support the team in troubleshooting issues.
Train and mentor operators to help them reach their full potential.
Ensure all safety, quality, and maintenance standards are met.
Work closely with support functions to keep operations running at peak performance.
Foster a positive, motivated, and engaged work environment.

Experience in a high-volume automotive or manufacturing environment.
