Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing transport documentation, including delivery notes and shipping labels.
- Resolving any delivery discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases of all transport activities.
- Providing administrative support to the logistics team.
- Communicating effectively with clients and internal departments.
- Ability to support with warehouse tasks throughout the day, such as counting, labelling, and shrink wrapping.
