Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Payrate: £12.41 per hour

Overtime: £19.06 per hour

Shift Service: 2pm-10pm

Rota: Monday-Friday

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within logistics is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and processing transport documentation, including delivery notes and shipping labels.
  • Resolving any delivery discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases of all transport activities.
  • Providing administrative support to the logistics team.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and internal departments.
  • Ability to support with warehouse tasks throughout the day, such as counting, labelling, and shrink wrapping.
