We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator to join our Established Client in Swadlincote, where you will provide proactive administrative and sales support to the External Sales Team. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, youll play a key role in managing customer enquiries, sales leads, quotations and live projects, while maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating appointments and tracking project progress. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual with strong administrative skills and experience in fast-paced sales support.
Duties
Provide proactive administrative and sales support to the External Sales Team.
Manage customer enquiries professionally via telephone, email and face-to-face communication.
Chase sales leads, quotations and live projects to obtain project information, monitor progress and maximise conversion opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions, project updates, sales activity and follow-up actions.
Liaise closely with External Sales Representatives to coordinate appointments, customer visits and ongoing sales activity.
Monitor outstanding quotations and provide forward planning information on project pipelines and expected order dates.
