Siamo Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced CNC Setter operator to work with an established company in Rugby. This state of the art, subcontract manufacturer of precision, machined parts and components are looking for an experienced CNC Sliding Head machine Setter Operator due to continued growth and expansion.

Duties:

  • CNC Turning on CNC Sliding Head machine tools Preferably Star and Hanwha fixed Head Lynx.
  • Experience with managing tooling.
  • Quality Management.
  • Programming and Operating CNC Sliding Heads with Fanuc controls (Citizen or Star experience).
  • Working from engineering drawings, producing components from various materials such as Steels, Ali, Titanium, Duplex, Super Duplex, and Inconel.
  • Batch sizes range from 100s off to 1000s off depending on the customers' needs.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Must have experience of working on CNC Sliding Head lathes and Fixed Head.
  • Able to set and operate CNC Sliding Head lathes and Fixed head and produce components from engineering drawings.

Hours of Work:

39hrs per week Flexible. Late Shift Available 2-10pm. Night Shift Available 15:45 14:00am.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £17.00-£22.00 per hour (dependant on experience)

Pension. Free parking.
