The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy Distribution Centre in Bardon Hill, Coalville. This is a great opportunity for an organised and reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will provide administrative support to the warehouse operation, ensuring paperwork, systems and records are kept accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the warehouse team
  • Updating computer systems and internal databases
  • Completing accurate data entry
  • Processing and checking warehouse paperwork
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Printing and preparing documentation
  • Answering emails and dealing with general queries
  • Supporting the warehouse team with daily administrative tasks
  • Updating spreadsheets and reports
  • Liaising with warehouse colleagues and other departments
  • Ensuring information is recorded accurately and on time
  • Carrying out any other administrative duties as required

About You

  • Previous warehouse administration or office administration experience is desirable
  • Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
