Siamo are currently recruiting Loading Operatives for a chilled distribution warehouse based in Magna Park, Lutterworth, LE17. We are looking for hard working individuals to join a team within a friendly, chilled warehouse environment, to locate and order pick products, ensuring accurate dispatch to stores all over the country, as well as loading products onto the vehicles using LLOP.
The role will involve picking grocery products using voice headsets. Training is provided and use of LLOP to move stock around the warehouse and on to the lorries. This role is a manual role and requires lifting and moving of products. Immediate starts available!
Shifts: 06:00am - 14:00pm (5 Days out of 7 includes weekend working on a rota basis)
Rate of Pay:
- Start Pay Rate: £13.27 Per Hour
- 12 Week Pay Rate: £14.01 Per Hour
- 27 Week Pay Rate: £15.01 Per Hour
Requirements:
- Warehouse experience
- Experience of using LLOP
- Warehouse picking experience
- Ability to work in a target driven environment
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Good communication skills
