A fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to work for a friendly and supportive company based in Leicestershire, LE9. This company boasts over 25 years experience delivering their services internationally and are leaders in their field.

The role will involve overseeing the company inbox and managing the requests for quotations and information and forwarding any other emails to the appropriate member of the team. You will track and meet required customer deadlines while ensuring the CRM system and project folders are updated and information is archived when required.

Other duties involve processing sales orders, warranty documents, and overseeing the handover of the sales to the service and after sales teams, and collaborating with and assisting colleagues with sales, finance, production, logistics, service, and aftersales.

Days/Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming requests for quotations and information working alongside the technical sales engineers.
  • Overseeing the common inbox and distributing emails as required.
  • Tracking and meeting customer deadlines.
  • Updating the CRM system and project folders.
