We are currently looking for someone to join our Leicester-based team to support our existing clients as well as bringing on new clients and accounts. The role is varied and fast-paced, suitable for someone with excellent customer service and sales skills.
You will be responsible for building your own portfolio of clients and managing their accounts regarding supply to temporary and/or permanent staffing solutions. This role will involve cold calling local businesses, face-to-face meetings, and preparing and sending email campaigns.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be a driver with access to your own vehicle and be willing to work outside standard office hours, for example, early morning staff check-ins or attending last-minute meetings or sites to deal with issues.
While being a demanding role, it is fun and exciting and can lead to high earning potential for someone driven to succeed.
