We are looking for a CNC Programmer for a world leading manufacturer of precision engineered components. This is an opportunity to work for one of the largest engineering groups in the UK specializing in machining and assembling solutions for the automotive industry!
We are looking for someone with experience of setting, programming and operating CNC machinery with specific experience of 5 Axis and HyperMILL software and be able to offline programme. You will be ensuring production of parts is planned and run to time frames, while ensuring quality throughout the process.
Using technical drawings, you will be programming and setting the machinery to ensure accurate manufacturing. With a keen eye for detail, you will work with the machine operators to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues that may arise. You will be liaising with the design teams to execute the projects accurately.
This role is 39 hours a week to be worked between 6am and 6pm Monday to Thursday.
Requirements:- Experience using CNC Milling Machines in the UK
- Experience of 5 axis machines
- Experience using HyperMILL
- CNC Machine Setting and programming Experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
