Responsibilities Answer customer enquiries and process orders Provide excellent customer service Update and maintain records accurately Communicate with customers regarding products, deliveries, and queries General administrative support Picking, packing, and preparing orders Loading and unloading stock Organising and maintaining warehouse areas Assisting with stock control and inventory checks Supporting the warehouse team with daily operations What We're Looking For Good computer literacy and confidence using IT systems Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
