Joining a high performing customer service team who are highly regarded global business in their Fairford based office. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys supporting customers and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. With a lively atmosphere and strong team spirit, our client is experiencing exciting growth and, due to the regular winter peak, is seeking driven and confident communicators.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service and office experience, handling both B2C and B2B queries while managing the customer process. Additionally, the company has a collaborative team goal mindset means that during peak periods, the Customer Service team will support the warehouse by helping to pick and pack orders, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30AM - 17:30PM
