A leading Automotive Manufacturer in Coventry are looking for a Cycle Counter / Administrative Support Person. Responsibilities include:
- Investigating inventory discrepancies; physical and system checking (SAP, GR trackers, stock monitoring reporting), making necessary corrections in a timely manner.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for the LO team and organising and leading annual stock take counts.
- Ensuring logistics requirements are met from suppliers (packaging, labelling).
- Tracking and reporting non-conformities from suppliers: creation of Quality Notifications in SAP.
- Supporting the training in inventory audit checks to others.
- Supporting with Logistics Department audits and counts when required.
Complies with all company policies, procedures and guidelines. Full training will be provided.
Candidates should have:
- Good critical thinking skills to problem solve and undertake multiple priorities at one time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible team player.
- High level of accuracy in work.
