We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Senior Operative, or Management role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to motivate, support, and develop team members.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach with a commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising a team to ensure daily operational targets are achieved.
- Monitoring productivity, quality, and performance across the department.
- Providing training, coaching, and support to team members.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Managing staffing levels and allocating workloads effectively.
- Investigating and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.
- Liaising with management and other departments to maintain efficient workflow.
- Completing administrative tasks, reports, and performance records as required.
