Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Shift Service: 10pm-6am, nights

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in an Area Manager, Operations Manager, Team Manager, or similar leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to oversee multiple teams.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to drive performance and achieve operational targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive approach with a commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing operational performance across designated warehouse areas.
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting Team Managers, Team Leaders, and Operatives.
  • Monitoring productivity, quality, and service levels to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
  • Managing staffing levels, resource allocation, and workforce planning.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing operational efficiencies.
  • Investigating and resolving operational issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Producing reports and communicating performance updates to senior management.
