Location: WR11 8TS Pay Rate: £15.00 - £25.50 per hour Hours: Monday to Thursday - 7:00 16:00, Friday - 07:00-12:00 (flexibility required) Overtime: Saturdays available at Time and a Half (£25.50 per hour) About the Role We are looking for experienced and reliable Concrete Casters to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality precast concrete panels used in the construction of secure prison walls. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to health and safety. You will be working as part of a team to manufacture reinforced concrete products to strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities Preparing moulds for concrete casting. Pouring, levelling and finishing concrete. Installing reinforcement and other components into moulds. Stripping moulds and safely removing finished concrete units. Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet specification. Using hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
