Siamo Recruitment are seeking an experienced commercial property estate agent to work for a well-established firm in Rugby who have a strong presence across the Midlands, and a reputation built over more than a century. Their commercial team works with a wide range of clients including landlords, investors, developers, and occupiers.
The Role
We are seeking a driven and personable Commercial Property Agent to join a busy commercial agency team. This is a client-facing role focused on the sale and letting of commercial property across the region.
Salary: 30-35k (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30, Saturdays 9-2
Key responsibilities include:
- Marketing commercial properties (industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use)
- Handling enquiries and arranging/viewings
- Negotiating sales and lettings on behalf of clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
- Generating new instructions and winning business
- Managing deals from initial enquiry through to completion
- Keeping up to date with local market activity and opportunities
About You
Experience in estate agency or commercial property (residential agents looking to move into commercial also considered).
