As the Claims Administrator you’ll join a team of specialists and build your skillset day by day. Your primary focus will be to handle with customer claims and all administration supporting these cases. We’re looking for a hands on, driven and attentive talent who wants to build a career within the Insurance Industry. Previous claims administration exposure is essential due to the nature of role.

This Claims Administrator role will include the below responsibilities:
- Working with clients supporting and advising on their claims
- Processing and actioning all internal administration relating to claims and policies
- Being first point of call for the customers and supporting their needs
- Supporting the Claims Manager with adhoc duties
- Working from a shared mailbox
- Logging customer updates and journey notes via CRM
This Claims Administrator role will include require the below exposure and skillsets:
- Previous exposure in Claims Administration is essential
- Previous administration exposure is essential
- Previous exposure working within Insurance
- A natural confident and empathetic communicator
- Good team player with the want to support the team
- Microsoft Office proficient including Excel
- Full UK Driving License would be advantageous however not essential
